Wardrobe full of clothes, but nothing to wear?
Come and spend an afternoon with us to learn how to customise and transform tired items of clothing with stylist Hannah J at our Make Do and Mend Workshop on Saturday 29th May 2010 from 1pm-4pm.
In step with Vivienne Westwood’s call to ‘stop shopping‘ we aim to revitalise your wardrobe, by transforming last season’s dodgy sale items, into 2010’s hottest new trends. Just bring along 3 items of clothing and give them a new lease of life with our handy tips. Buyers remorse will be a thing of the past!
The afternoon is £25 including yummy homemade cakes and unlimited tea. Places are limited, so buy your ticket to reserve your space!

The menu for the evening will be:-
Starters
Learn the top tips to recycle fashion from our ethical checklist including ways to customise and revive last season's garments by using buttons, detailing, accessories etc
Mains
Discover a stylist perspective on alternative ideas on how to find new uses for garments, for example you can turn a shirt into a dress etc
Dessert
Implement your new knowledge to revive your three items of clothing, the team will be on hand to answer any queries and assist with the ideas.
Tea and Cake will be available throughout!
